Here is how to book a appointment with the Indian Minister of External Justice (MEJ) to visit India.
The process involves filling in an appointment form and providing a letter of reference from the Minister.
If you need to make a change in your appointment, you should get in touch with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade (MFA).
The MEJ can issue an official letter of recommendation for you to sign.
Once you have signed, the MEJ will travel to the address on the letter of appointment.
The appointment is then scheduled for the MEA.
If your appointment is cancelled or delayed, you can contact the ME, External Affairs Ministry, at [email protected]
The appointment process can be a little tricky.
It depends on the nature of your appointment and the number of people you are planning to meet with.
For instance, if you are in the United States, you will need to contact the State Department to request an appointment.
In India, the appointment process is done via email.
In case of an emergency, you may also contact the Department of External Relations.
If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at [email protected] or 202-456-3311.
The MEA office is open from 10am to 5pm daily.
The department is also open on Monday to Friday.
If the ME is in Delhi, you must visit its office in New Delhi, which is at the airport, and request an email from the ME.
You will also need to provide the address where the ME will be meeting you.
